"Being",  "perception", and "observation" isn't a thought. And yeah that guy does seem a bit crazy.

Actually they are thoughts, or words , being is a word, nothing else, this word for someone that doesn't speak English means absolutely nothing, and truth is universal, that's why truth can't be spoken about

Um no. Yes the words themselves are thoughts, but the actual act of "being" isn't a thought.

"Truth is universal" is also a thought and words.
