@Shin

Many of my friends and classmates have already dated girls. I feel guilty and inadequate to my situation. I don't really socialize with people so much throughout my life. I think it is a warning sign to me that i don't know how to socialize with others. I hope i can get a girlfriend by improving myself.

had my first deep real physical connection at 25.

I m very happy to have waited, it was a memory I'll keep my all life as pure bliss & perfection.

Don't strive to " be with someone", strive for a perfect life in the perfect time and things will unfold

Focus on the small habits in life, that’s a great way to start. Do your bed in the morning, keep your room clean etc. Gradually make them more difficult but let each habit have 3 to settle before moving on to the next. In addition to the benefit of the actual habit you’ll also become more confident.

Has nothing to do with girls? yes I know but the small things makes a big difference over time. You’ll have a solid base to build upon.

Don't think too much about right now or you will fuck up your exams. It's totally normal to be a nooby in that area in your age. You'll catch up in college.
Your first attempts and connections have a high chance to be shallow anyways and you will regret chasing it right now just because some kids figured out "the basics" before you and you sorta envy them. Drop that shit, dude.

@Alexink

Hey brother,

Start very, very, very small steps socialising.

You have a few friends yes?

Begin by being more proactive and the decision maker within your friendships.

Examples: Ask a friend out to see a movie. Request a friend go and get a juice/drink/coffee somewhere with you. Ask a friend to help you out with study.

Do something a little bit different.

Small changes are actually big changes. Begin small. Do this every day with a different friend. Dont skip a single day.

Within one or two weeks, your confidence will go up alot. Then you will feel powerful enough to begin talking to new people.

Love yourself. Dont judge yourself. Trust your destiny. You are a good dude and you have significance.

Start very small.

Tomorrow, request a friend of yours to do something for you. Do this every day with a different friend for one week.

Good luck!

Also, if you want to feel less introverted and shy......quit all social media.

Also reduce or severely limit your time in the online world.....its not a real world.

here's from my experience. It won't make you happy. Work on self-actualizing and this sadness will drop away. then you can freely pursue whatever. Now strike a balance between that and filling the lower end of your hierarchy of needs(maslow's)

That's true in the absolute sense, but most often people need to live the experience themselves to know and understand this for real.

It's nice and all to know conceptually that an another person can't fulfill you, but subconsciously it's not gonna change until the experience is actualized in real life.

17 was just about the age where I started emotionally maturing. Prior to that I was super quiet and socially awkward. It'll get better over time. I'm 20 and I can see the past 3 years involved radical changes. Keep work on yourself and you'll see benefits.
