Yup, the same here. During my Kriya practise, I get tingling sensations on my forehead and also short headaches (for 2-3 seconds).

Could be several ways to look at it. I can attest to activity felt while meditating or in general lining up to the chakra model. There's different places stuff can be felt in the head, including between the eyebrows or third eye, frontal lobe, top of head of crown, back of head, and what's supposedly the bindu contracting.

meditation especially activates the medial prefrontal complex, the brain area responsible for "self-awareness", above our eyes towards the middle of the forehead. I get a tingling sensation right there, which might be a scientific explanation for "third eye pulsating". I also get this during yoga, shavasana pose. But it only happens when im super relaxed and focused in the now.

Well done!

A sign I got was electric zaps. Touching doorhandles or metal I get a slight painful zap to my fingers.

It was temporary and went away after 4 months.
