why do you want to know it?
females throw them self at you or what
few first years in pickup you'll barely get laid, if you're hardcase newbie(depends on your past) and picky (like most guys are),
it takes time and effort to embodied real alpha characteristic traits and understand female psychology

On nofap: I think nofap is an overreaction, i think just keeping faping down to 1-2 times a week is good enough. But you should try what works for you. Too much faping can drain your energy and cause erectile dysfunction. 

I think it's important to make a distinction between masturbation and watching porn. In my opinion porn is just toxic, at least my relation to it has been. Right now i'm keeping masturbation to ~once a week and porn to a 0.

I think it could be, there is a powerful type of wiring that could occur from watching porn. Not that is it bad in term of moral, but I suppose in the long run and especially if you want to please real girl it could play on yourself and create an  " arousal answer feedback loop". Like all those people being in their mind thinking of porn instead of being with their partners. Sort of new wiring that makes you hot for the hand/screen pattern, just my theory so far.

Reading tao they say aswell that it could depletes you like loosing blood if you spread your divine nectar everyday ( could be, but I m still on the theory matter of this ).

Human connection works.

If you quit porn but dont fulfil the desire for connection then you'll fail eventually.

If you quit porn and have enough connection with people, the desire to engage with porn feels unnatural.

The connection with people must be sincere enough amd loving enough free of fear lf intimacy.

Once you connect with people on a quality level, porn becomes boring.

So yes human connection that is honest and non pushy does 'work.'

I have a Friend with a girl who he kick with 3-5 Times a day+ porn 2-5x a day.

And he smoke weed and go to school.
