What are you guys opinion on processed foods such as organic bran flakes and organic spaghetti? Are they really healthy or can they be harmful?

In my "opinion"/belief nature can nurture us perfectly, and if we proces our foods they become less healthy.

btw: I am currently reading an interesting book that also covers this topic: "the 80/10/10 diet-douglas graham" it is a foundational book for people who think a high carb raw vegan diet is the most healthy. I am not on this type of diet, but the arguments resonate with me.

And then there are those tell us the complete oposite. And their argument is very simple. Our culture evolves much faster than our biology. Biologically, humans stayed the same for 50000 years. And 50000 years ago, there were hardly any carbs in our diet. The majority of carbs in our diet was fructose from fruits in autumn. A sign for the body to produce insuline and to store fat for winter. So eating carbs leads to insuline production, hence the obesity and diabetes epidemic because of our high carb food habits.
