Anyone tried Tai Chi as a meditation? Is it effective? I'm curious to do try

Feeling a strong pull towards it. So far have been only improvising, intuitively.

Will report once I get deeper into it.

Is mantak chia truly legit. I believe in my own expérience that he is full of shit. But please change my mind.

No better teacher in this area ?

Tai chi and Qi Gong are great for grounding your energy as well as putting your body into a meditative state. Meditation would be nice after your exercise. 

 

 

 

 

Try doing one or both of these for 30 days and see the difference.
