What am I?

I am an expression of a field of awareness witnessing itself.

My purpose is to know.

You are an expression of the infinite, from the non-dual reality. The individual is nothing but an individual experience of God. You are God, one and the same. Death will take the individual back to it’s original singular non-dual source, in which all duality and creation manifests.

@stukem You are the absence of thought. The external world without concepts. 

@Highest Death is a concept. The future is a concept. The only real thing is here and now.

@stukem ok...you are not any expression or field or witness. This, and the idea that it's "your purpose to know" is ALLLLLL happening within YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS. Your consciousness is the thing within which these things are perceived. 

If you want some practical advise...do the practises and just make sure your doing them right constantly. Don't rely on knowledge at all, just let your humans knowledge float and rise with the water level of your *spiritual/experiential* revelations. Literally the only thing that matters are the practises, making sure your doing them right and stuff...using self enquiry, doing retreats, using phycs if you feel ok with it.

 

***Side note, within self enquiry, don't forget to ask "who is the one who observes" and with whatever answer you give, ask "was this answer observed also?" (Check direct experience) "hmmm yes" [you'll probably say], well who was the one who observes that answer?
