Everyone I meet is a lesson
Everything I do is true or false or I trapped.
Everything I own is present and actuality

The only mentor I have at this point is myself.  And I was even reluctant to say that, but that's the closest I could come to an answer to this question.

The entire internet is one big mentor. You just have to collect the wisdom and filter away the bullshit.

For me:

1. awareness

2. subconsciousness

3. consciousness

4. other teachers including leo

5. body

The relevance order is questionable.

1. Leo

2. Mantak Chia

3. Teal Swan

4. Paarthurnax (Su'um ahrk morah: "breath and focus" has become a mantra at this point)

5. Gandalf "I have found it is the deeds of everyday folk that keeps evil at bay".

Also, Corey Wayne is pretty shallow garbage. I would really recommend changing him out for Mantak Chia, the guy has been teaching Taoism and researching sexual energies of both sexes for at least 30 years. Your mind will fucking OPEN.
