One goal a day keeps time wasting away

I like to focus on one goal or one activity per day now. And it's working really well. I think the problem that most of us have is that we want many things. And we can't choose which goal to work on first. This method is really helpful for that. Here's an example.

Friday 22 February 2019 | Practice playing the piano.

Saturday 23 February 2019 |Study the aztecs.

Sunday 24 February 2019 | Play destiny 2. (Video game)

Indeed. It might seem pointless to play a video game all day but it strengthens your focus muscle. Try watching a movie without checking your phone.

What would be one thing you can do today (or this week), that would make all your other 3 goals unnecessary?
