Looking for some answers on my 3rd eye pulsating literally all day long.

Obviously it’s a chakra opening & closing (anja) but what the fuck is happing in there? & why? ?‍♂️

Anyone have experience with this or details that I should know about? 

Its been happening on & off for 6-8 months but seems to be getting stronger & stronger.

only asking just cause it’s getting a bit  annoying at this point, no I don’t fight it when it pulsates.

Pick a day, give it some thought, and do something really nice for two or three people. Plan a little. Think about them and pick something ideal for them, something moving to them.  From the heart, as low key as possible. Kundalini & third eye will open completely.

you know when you turn your eyes upwards towards the point on your forehead or 3rd eye and it starts to hurt like you have a migrane after a minute of intensely focusing there. does this mean your 3rd eye is closed?

@Tony 845It happens to me all the time.  It began when I was a teen and it still happens. Right now is pulsating.

@abrakamowse @Salvijus my kundalini awakend on a sds sit about 8 months, crown chakra blew the fuck open, it pretty much started then & hasn’t chilled the fuck out, only gotten stronger.

Once it happened to me that my belly began to shake like crazy Lol... I couldn't stop it. It was as if it was trembling or something, I don't know.

I think that it was energy because I was coming from a retreat with a lot of spiritual people. So maybe I took some of the energy of the place, I don't know. That was my conclusion, but I am not sure about what happened... hehehe...

 

When you begin to wake up a lot of stuff like that happens, is like the releasing of bad energy...

Solution: more Kriya Yoga and more movement everyday.

Is the limbic system consolidating. Depends if you are opening Muladhara or not. IF you are not opening the first chakra, then you will get the unknown of what is happening. Yeah, we open the 3rd eye from the first chakra, not from the 6th directly, that is called insanity.
