How To Understand That The Map Is Not The Territory?

I have a lot of experiences when i clearly saw that it's true,
but nevertheless still when i encounter a situation when the map doesn't fit by logic i understand that it, but here is that intence feeling that i am write and something there is wrong.

This is a bit duplication of this thread with more clarity, because the thread did work well.

@Parki The map is not the territory in the sense that whatever framework of mind you use to look at the world is a perception i.e. a map, and so it's not representing reality i.e. the territory

For example, a pre-rationalist vs a rationalist, they have different beliefs about reality, they hold two different maps, of the same territory or reality
