For people that do cold showers .

Did you ever tried to think about survivel  when you take a cold shower ? Is an interesting experience.

Sometimes i can let go and not really feel the cold water , most of the time i'm in complete survivel mode. .

Cold showers are the best! There's no suffering to be found when you're present in the experience. Suffering happens when you run from the pain and wish it stopped, when you fully accept and feel it, it feels great.
