Recognising the true nature of thought is good, but not good enough.

Recognizing that which you and everything IS. Once you become non-dual conscious, there is no question of knowing it. You Are It. Knowing is a secondary phenomena, I know this or that. Who is the knower? An illusion. You don't ask if it's the truth, who is the one who ask and what is this truth that you have invented? Do you deny your existence, that you exist? No. You just need to become conscious, conscious that you as an ego entity is pure imagination, illusion, a lie. With Consciousness, you are already IT 24/7 but not conscious of it, which you can become fully. Once that happens, it's undeniable. Because it is YOU. You are It.
