Criticism on Leo Gura's video about criticism

I agree with the video. But, this video doesn't encourage people to actively seek the best criticisms.

• There are two kinds of criticisms
  • Destructive criticisms, or lazy criticisms, or low-quality criticisms
  • Constructive criticisms also known as feedback or high-quality criticisms
• Ignore lazy criticisms
• Accept feedback
• Here's my take on criticism. Don't waste time on low-quality criticisms. Accept feedback, but don't spent too much on feedbacks either. Also, actively seek high-quality criticisms even if doing so entails being criticized in front of a lot of people. Put yourself in front of the best of the best, and ask for their criticisms.
