That's what happens to the Ego-Mind, it gets minimized.  But meditation shouldn't be a change or a forcing of what is there.  Being is an allowing of reality to be what it is.

That's still a little bit too philosophical.  You're still clinging to a view of reality that you're laying on top of being.  You guys are all clinging to Metaphysics like religious people cling to needing a father figure.

consider all of your life you have lived up till now as following:

the REAL you - pure awareness, which is outside of this universe has a Life Movie player.

A CD was placed in this player and then pure awareness pressed play.

we watch movies on TV, VR Headsets, 3D Movies... we read/hear stoires in form of audio books, regular books, spoken stories...

 

this Life Movie player is another way of telling a story

where does it play?

within awareness itself!

 

so when pure awareness, pressed PLAY on this Life Movie player... where did the movie start playing?

YOU WHOLE LIFE AS YOU KNOW IT 

that is how and where it is being played as.

this is how awareness watches and hears a story - AS YOU, AS ALL THIS. since you know yourself to have been born, and even prior to that.

 

you're a life being played out just like a movie is downloaded and played!

 

you are here for awareness's amusement! 

do as you have been designed to do!
