So sure! There do exist spiral dynamics. But they also don’t exist, both, neither etc.! So pick your poison!

Btw, even saying that all those things are not “Me” doesn’t describe the point because, if “I” wanted, “I” could make them “Me”. Even make it to where they were always “Me” and never had to be made into “Me”! haha

@Ethankahn You named the True self "I" and the egoic self "me." Now, "I" and "me" traditionally refer to the same entity in English, so when you create this distinction, you define yourself as a duality. There's "me" then there's "I." Fantastic, we're getting some were, but even this is a concept. You have to go further. There is no difference between the "I" and the "me." 

Spiral dynamics doesn't exist. But the mechanisms it's pointing to are real. Those "forces" like gravity of love, consciousness, intelligence, etc...

@Ethankahn OK. Back to your original question, spiral dynamics isn't something you attain. It is a model that is pointing to how we naturally evolve... So you're going up it whether you like it or not, in this life or another.
