consciously aswell through identification with the self, is this pure ego 

if you seize all segmentation/ distinctions 

then all that would be left is a unified feild? would you exsist after

why is awareness feel like a whole different world! i feel like i've gone totally transrational, i don't even feel like i'm in my body 

anything i think of myself 

i ate a burger 

i went shopping 

its just awareness 

the clothes i bought at shopping which just awareness? 

it feels like a totally seperate reality to what i normally have known.

@Shin Its actually so scary man! it doesn't feel okay at all to be like this for the rest of your life, i see my parents and they're only awarness the same as me. I take a dump and its me coming out my own ass,

I would not say that identification with the self is exactly ego.

As I see it there is this illusion story you and he is this ego and only reason 

to reprogram ego is so you do not get drawn back into its delusion that you are this illusion  so easily.

@purerogue but seriously any identification/ judgement /analysis you make about the true reality is false, your creating a distinction of a seperate self to the awareness itself and that process is automatic, its just how it is. so it is the formation of initial ego.

@Aakash The reason you feel the way you feel, i assume, is because you might have missed a piece of the puzzle there. I think you might be failing to realise how infinite this universe-god-existence-consiousness-awareness-blablathingie actually is and how narrow your point of view is.

Also, do not get mixed up here. The illusion that you are alive, feel, eat, shit and percieve everything around you is just as real as God. It's the same thing. It only looks and feels the way it does to you because you are the one perceiving.

@ajasatya @Shin I can't there is no image, its all imaginary aswell. i know, it is. its still me making distinctions, maybe i'm just scared because its going to radically change my life. 

^^ having said all this, i've just gone back into identification. 

A life without judgement sounds scarier than i initially thought it was. freeing yes, 

 i wouldn't have control , i won't be in the same reality as others in speech and thinking wise, hardly have as many thoughts, 

i think the thing i'm most scared about is that it will be like a trance like state (bliss) 

as kaorke says missing a piece of the puzzle and being locked in a trance like false state
