Specific Ways To Use Brainwave Entrainment

Recently I decided to do some research on brainwave entrainment. If you don't know what this is, here's a guide I found last night that seems to be fairly accurate. Initially, I was wondering if the supposed effects actually worked beyond placebo, which was one factor that caused me to doubt and eventually stop using them when I first encountered binaural beats over a year ago while researching about how to increase concentratration while studying. As it turns out, a majority of the pages I looked at stated that there was a beneficial effect to using entrainment and the most negative pages just happened to be about not particularly being fond of binaural beats, not that they didn't work. Leo has said here that they do indeed work.

So, on to the subject of this thread. I was wondering if there was a most effective way to use brainwave entrainment to maximize gains. As I use them right now, I use delta frequencies at night just before I go to bed to have sound sleep. In the morning when I wake up, it makes sense for me to use alpha frequencies, which are associated with relaxation, consciousness, and meditation. Usually an hour or so after I wake up is when I schedule my meditation session. I'm curious about the effects of using entrainment while meditating. Right now, I'm unsure whether or not this seems like a good idea or not. My personal take on it right now says that meditation will become too easy at this point, so I should avoid using them at the same time as meditating. Those of you that have experience with this sort of thing, what are your thoughts on it?

Additionally, I was wondering how long entrainment tends to influence mood after no longer actively listening to the frequencies before the effects become negligible. I'd like to be able to be as sharp as I am in the morning at night, so knowing how long the influence lasts would be good so I can properly wind down before going to bed.

I often listen to this (sometimes even entire days)

It kinda works, I improved a bit by listening to this.

Especially, after I read or watch some political crap and my pressure is heightened, I instantly switch to that and in the matter of seconds, I am calm, safe in my own body-home.
