I also noticed you loved writing stories. Maybe you could become a specialist in Concept Albums. If you don't know, concept albums are usually long pieces of music that follow a long-movie like a story structure. All of my favorite albums are concept albums. One album is over an hour and a half long and follows one musical story. It's so emotive, it has so many ups and downs, it's like you're being transported into a movie. It makes me feel so many emotions. It's great. You could write extremely creative stories, tailored to being applied to music. You could build up a brand, and artists from a range of genres might consult you, or you could design a purpose-built story or concept. Thousands of artists consult songwriters, but there are fewer people specializing in lyrics. Even less in creating epic, long stories to be applied to a musical context. That's just a quick idea that came to mind. People who buy Vinyls, Cd's, physical old style merch, are usually the same people who like to sit down to an album and consume it in full, which are usually the same people who are fans of Concept Albums.

@-Rowan Oh yeah, I know...Concept albums are awesome! :D There are so many great ones. That idea has actually crossed my mind before. I mean like, it's true... if I love writing stories (plots of such and revolving around deep themes) then that would be an option worthy to consider. I also like your observation about concept albums telling a story that feels as though "you're being transported into a movie"...the experience can sometimes feel grand and epic. Yeah, my brother and I are that way. We will listen to vinyl records and also listen to the whole album and not just particular songs from it. This results in a more deeply invested experience.

I would also like to say thank you for all of the business and financial tips/information that you gave me. That is one area I still need to learn more about and research, so I can market my products or business successfully.

literally same but 6 weeks.

@Cocolove Heh...I know, this can sometimes be mentally stressful and emotionally laborious work. I've decided for myself that I am just going to go into it anyways even if I am feeling stuck. I mean it's probably best to at least try than skip another day. Even if I do not get any results in a day or short period of time, at least I can say to myself that I have stayed dedicated to the course. One of my biggest flaws is that sometimes I have little patience and want results to appear in an instant. So you know what, if I do not get results in an instant or if they're results that I am not satisfied with, well who gives a flying flock...I will just need to redo it or conduct further inquiry into a particular topic. The positive is that the next day always has the potential to bring along promise :). Anyways, I wish the best to you and hope that the rest of the course will go well.

*I am not advocating for you to do the same thing as I am. This is just my own perspective on the issue. :)

@Leo Gura One more thing I wanted to ask you Leo or anyone is that (as I previously mentioned in my first post) lately I have been experiencing resistance towards athletics. The odd thing about it though is that I do not really have any interest within this field as of now. I mean from time to time I will play for fun, and do enjoy it, but do not feel as though this should be a serious pursuit of mine. However, when I was young I loved watching and playing sports, and even considered some as possible dream pursuits. Also, when I was young I feel that some of my interest in sports was genuine, but that some of it was also imprinted on me because of my upbringing (mostly my dad). In addition, one of the biggest reasons or if not the reason for quitting sports was because of my dad's constant criticism and anger towards my performance, abilities, and skills; therefore, that had made me very fearful and I quit. Oh and by the way, I am currently 19 years old, so when I was referring to my youth about sports, I was relatively speaking from about 5 - 13 years old.

Anyways, I was wondering if I could possibly get some clarification and advice on this issue. Thank You! :)

Clarify your question. What's the problem? It's not clear.

Would you like to do sports in a non-resistant way again? Are you afraid you missed out on your true purpose? Or?

The concept album experience is awesome :)

No problem. Trust that you can make money from music, plenty of it, it simply requires a creative and innovative new business model, a structure to effectively monetize that either hasn't been done before or isn't used often. People who don't make money from music are the ones who aren't thinking creatively. You can't say what that model might be until that creative insight hits you!

@Ross Labby The underlying problem is believing the illusion of time. Write out your days, in blocks of time, how you’ve spent it. The uneasy feeling will be faced, you will see there is ample time to pursue music primarily, and other arts as secondary, if you wish. One creative outlet behooves all others. Creating supersedes time, purpose, etc.

The resistance to athletics is the deeper knowing the body being more fit would result in the energy to be creative in all your desired endeavors.

The ego says “we” don’t need that fitness, we can just spin our wheels.

@Elisabeth Yeah, you're right, I actually forgot to state the question. O.o

Basically, I wanted to ask: What does this mean? Is it somehow intertwined with my life purpose?, Does it just mean I should get more physically active?, or Is it something that I should just do on the side if I am not that passionate or serious about?

@Nahm Oh, I never have thought of it like that before. I mean I do go to the gym at least twice a week, but have not been as active as I was when I was younger. Maybe it is a sign that I should get more active again and this may indeed give me more energy in my creative pursuits. Thanks! :)

@Ross Labby it actually crazy we have almost identical obstacle, after listening to good musicians like Hendrix, bb king, Radiohead, Dylan and some awesome albums i had lots of moments when i felt like yep this is it.

then i would think twice about the film..i love it so much to and had a moment once that that's what i need to do.

i also had droughts weather if inside music its mastering the guitar, writing songs, singing... its all awesome i want it all

but best way would be to choose and just go... and now i have thoughts that songs and movies you can write and do and sing once you have the great idea for that movie, or have that muse to write a song. but again its not laser focus so then i thought that being best guitarist and go full on that until i master it, then i could do other stuff

i hope this wasent no too all over the place and you might could have get some value from this exchanging information

i think what i am tryind to say that you can master a musical instrument, you already have a value. writing epic movie, beautiful song

you need to read some books, become philosopher, have a greater understating of yourself the world and the vision... this specifically goes for movie script
