Why thoughts could be actuality

5 posts in this topic

So after watching Leo's what is actuality video, It became clear that grounding yourself in what you are experiencing in this moment is what is actual. So as thoughts are a sense just like sight or touch, if I am having a thought in this very moment and experiencing it then why is this not actuality? Just in the same way that dreaming is actuality as I am thinking of experiences, or taking magic mushrooms is also actuality as I am going into my mind and experiencing new states.

Contemplate about it more. Thoughts are actuality as in they are something being experienced but that is not what is being said. It's about getting lost in all the concepts you attribute to thoughts.

The experience or thoughts and experience of projecting thoughts onto actuality is actuality but the projection does not describe actuality.

Thoughts are real. The content of thoughts are just a story. The screen is real. The movie is a fiction.

Dont look at me! Look inside!

A thought in the moment is a thought in the moment.

If I have a thought of a beach in Hawaii it is an actual thought of a beach in Hawaii. It’s not a thought about a cow or a hamberder. As well, it is not an actual beach in Hawaii. It’s an actual thought of a beach in Hawaii.
