Which software app or tool do you use to schedule days and months?

Google calendar, excel...etc

Which one do you use to keep notes, ideas or plans?

Google drive, Microsoft word, One note...etc

My stack: Google Calendar for scheduling, Toggl for time tracking, Evernote for note-taking.

Those are the ones I use daily.

@Girzo I've just checked out Toggle, it's basic and intuitive, I like it.

It slaps you in the face by showing how time is running out!

Yup, also sends a report to your mail every week, so you can keep better track of your work/life balance.

@Girzo what do you think about toggles amount of data collection and sharing? i’ve checked it out and rather stick with another app called at work which is more serious about data safety. i‘m always pretty much torn, if an app is good, but then asks for your social media account to log in and uses super difficult description in their privacy policy so you don’t really understand what they do with your data.

not saying it’s bad, just that it makes me suspicious and that i would wish apps like that would be more transparent.

Habitica - For habits and todo list

White board - for important habits like studying every day, checking the days visually is stronger in my opinion

One note - For note taking

Goggle calendar - For classes
