How conscious is Wim Hof?

5 posts in this topic

Hello everyone. Recently I started diving more into this guy. He is from my country. If I ever got the chance to meet him, I am sure we would have a nice chat.

When I looked up some stuff about him, I learnt a few things:
- It turns out that the guy wrote a book about how you can become an ''iceman''
- He meditates, although I will admit that I forgot what type of meditation he does
- The guy is incredibly focussed on energy within and love
- He can play guitar really well

OK this is all fun and stuff, but the guy is also in the example list of stage Turquoise along with people like Osho and Ramaji. So how conscious, enlightened, awakened and/or spiritual is he exactly? Does anyone know this? I am considering to buy his book and actually do his breathing methods, but I don't know if it would be safe to that while I still am very young.

@Ampresus get the free app on your phone called "WHM Wim Hof Method." All the info you need is free. It is not dangerous to do this when you're young, on the contrary, it's the healthiest thing you could do!

He is extremely conscious.

I used to use his methods and it is quite powerful.

The Dude sure knows how to live, what it means to be alive. Who cares how conscious he is to be honest. But I like how he stresses how important it is to understand our minds and open up ourselves

@EvilAngelI’d give him 75%

He's 100% conscious.

Consciousness is always 100%.

Whether the ego thinks so or not.

I guess you mean how spiritual or agreeable his ego is to you that may swing the % how conscious he looks to you.

Irrelevant to consciousness and more BS for the ego.
