out of contact with sexual energy

I seem to suppress sexual energy. I recognize that because of tightness in my stomach which goes away when I think sexual thoughts.

I'm also on NoFap and it happens especially around a particular girl.

 

How can I always let this sexual energy flow?

Feel into the blockages, concentrate your energy on your root chakra. Breath deep into your abdomen.

Observe deeply the feelings that arise when in sexual frustration and sexual flow and feel into them, let them go.
