Do these, and your energy level will spike up to a god level.

Energy Output

  • Conserve your energy for important things (This makes a big difference in your daily energy level)
    • Be very choosy about what to do, think, and talk.
      • Don't sweat your energy on meaningless chatter which is going to drain your energy quickly.
      • TV, YouTube, and Netflix can drain your time and energy effectively.
      • Listening to exciting music can also drain your energy. Don't listen to music too long or too often.
    • NoFap // Quit porn entirely, or at least control the interval between which you masturbate.
  • Workout
    • It increases your energy and improves your health.
    • Work out every 2~3 days.

Energy Input

  • Eat protein and complex carbohydrates(e.g. grains and starch) to fuel your mind and body for hours.
    Simple carbohydrates(e.g. sugar) run out pretty quickly.
  • Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables

@CreamCat I hear you. 

So when im just sitting here, rather than listening to my favorite jam, what do you suggest? Stay still? Work out instead?

Replace addictions with raw being(i.e. do nothing). When you bask in raw being, you are going to come up with insights and creative ideas that you can follow through.

Your brain is a super computer. For the super computer to do its work in the background, you should be doing nothing. Life is counter-intuitive. When you are doing nothing, insights and ideas bubble up.

Or, you could be working out or doing important work if you are not too tired.

If you're trying to do too much too fast, the super computer is spread too thin to apply its power on important things.

What I do is active meditation. I listen to my favourite jam and I enter a state of trance while dancing. If I get a creative idea, I write a poem for a loved one. :)

I disagree with music and protein.

Uplifting music is more powerful than it seems. Also digesting protein require lot of energy to digest (is draining).

Also Id add having a purpose or somebody to love. When I had girlfriend I could get enery from the nowhere

The general strategy with regard to food is eating healthy food that is going to fuel you for hours. Details can change.

Lucky you, even less carbohydrates ;)

You can eat all the veggies and fruits you want. Nuts. Meat. Eggs. The only thing you really miss is bread, pizza and pasta with wheat.

But if you like to have bread, pizza or pasta from time to time you can still get the gluten free version.
