I have OCD . Usually I find myself lost like where I am , why I am , what I am may be due to obsessive thoughts I find myself indulged in where I am. Doctors are not helpful to a extent.
I observed that I am breathing very shallow and fast in chest. Though when I Breath deeply for seconds , I find myself very calm and centered . OCD don't bother then. 
I face resistance when I try to breathe deeply.

Any places where I can learn breathing with like minded people ?

You can try Reichian Therapy for making your breath deeper. Once per week. Start slowly then move up to 1 hour session. You can download the book free online.

You can also visit yoga classes - the more meditative kind. They usually put focus on full breath in every session.

I don't think that's necessary. There are loads of books on breath meditation. Find one and stick with it. I use The Mind Illuminated.
