Is it really possible to reuturn back to normality with all the lesson's you learn after meditating, and is it possible to decontextualize an idea so much you can ''live'' in practice with this new insights you learned.
(Being able to control your own perception of music by concentrating very hard, or realize that emotions and feelings don't actually mean anything, for example)

@gherkin11 what do you mean by "normality"?

and yes, it is possible to live a completely different life when the insights become embodied.

yes, it's possible. in fact, it's very likely. but you'll notice that you'll be trying to fool yourself.

most people fall back to old toxic patterns, like drinking alcohol or consuming pornography. but fortunately, they quickly notice how unfulfilling those are and have an easier time to get back on track.

Ah yes, this is very true for me. I'm very used to falling back into my old habits like spending entire days playing videogames like dota 2 which throw most things I learn away
