Salt Bath Floats? Anyone done?

I am gonna be trying a bath float tomorrow

Supposed to be really good and boost a meditation practice. Was wondering if anyone here has tried and what their was experience like...

@SoonHei Yes, I've done it three times at 90min. - each time yielding a novel conscious space.

I would recommend renting a head pillow, if available.

Listen to the guide's instructions prior to entering the tank. My first time, I spent the first 10min. trying to figure out how to turn off the background music because I didn't pay attention to the instructions. Then, the next 5min. regretting that I lost the first 10min. 

Once in the tank, do NOT touch your face. My first time, I scratched my cheek and my eyes burned for the first 15min.

Completely let go and relax. If there is some body tension, just further relax. Similarly with mental tension. The mind-body might think it's supposed to be a certain way and start fidgeting. I didn't find that helpful. Just keep letting go and enter deeper and deeper levels of relaxation into the emptiness. Then cool stuff may arise.

Also was thinking before about taking a guided meditation track with me

 

But i think going in blank and silent will be cool

 

Hopefully the cool stuff DOES arise!
