Little things for better well being

Hi guy today i want to go ahead and say some things i think a lot about well being and fitness because i believe when your body feels and looks good you feel good and it increases you confidence in your self and i think we should find exercise in our daily routiune and climbing stairs and walking is the best exercise for legs and one should use stairs 1 instead of the elevator of escalator its like we are making use of our body less and less as we are advancing in technology just have a look at the walking alternatives like hover boards and stuff i am like seriously??
do you guys remember the humans from the movie wall-e? its was scary and i think its gonna happen one day not far from today.
