A Fact about Rumi

Molavi, Mevlana, Rumi, this spectacular poet, is well known for his spiritual porms and quotes, but here's a fact about a part of his life.

When he was around 38 39 years old, he was a famous spiritual teacher and had many studnets, one day he met Shams Tabrizi, another very famous spiritual teacher, who was much older than him.

He saw the wisdom and the deep understanding of Shams and decided to be his student. He actually fell in love with his teachings and they spent 40 day and night just contemplating in a room. 

Rumi got so much into his teachings that he forgot about his own students and they got bothered so much that it caused Shams to leave Rumi.

A lot of Rumi's poems come from the time that Shams left him. He was so in love with the teaching that he was looking for Shams everyday, everywhere. He wrote poems day and night and had a deep suffering. One of his books is named Ghazaliat Shams.

Later on he became the spiritual teacher again and continued teaching students.

After shams death he freestyled some really good stuff supposedly. His students tried to write them down but who told them these are just words, they matter not. Paraphrasing a bit lol but that was the message
