Yellow Healing Centre..what would it look like?

One of my longer term goals is to setup a Naturopathic Healing Centre to be able to see clients personally. Having studied Spiral Dynamics, I am hoping to be at stage Yellow by the time this happens. 

What would you say a Yellow healing centre looks like? I want to incorporate Orange (evidence based treatment) as well as Green (herbs, lifestyle, meditation, detox...) but when trying to look from Yellow perspective can't see what would be different.
