Introduction to Magic

30 posts in this topic

If you fully understood causality ( non-linear-multi dimensional, reverse rule-sets , null-sets ) and decided to become a zen devil then you could potentially wipe out the entire fabric of reality with 1 cause that would destroy everything, causing a snowball chain reaction until the end.

Can all of the above be achieved from within your bedroom? Using your own mind?

Could it be possible that some member here wipe out the entire universe with nothing but his mind?

You actually thought the Egyptian pyramids were built by humans 5000 years ago using a material process?

If you genuinely wanted true power then you might have to read some x-tier books. Not endorsing any of that stuff, just opening the gates.

One warning though, most of these books are not written in English. You will have to manually decipher the glyphs or symbols and connect the dots for the books/scrolls to be undestood by you. I'm warning you again though, that is some heavy stuff and you might be flagged by the authorities if you even start gathering these forbidden books in certain countries!

So be careful! If you have any questions ask away! Here's an entry level book list, if this catches on i might share some deeper books/ancient scrolls.

Belief as a tool[edit]

The central defining tenet of chaos magic is arguably the "meta-belief" that "belief is a tool for achieving effects".[12] In chaos magic, complex symbol systems like Qabalah, the Enochian system, astrology or the I Ching are treated as maps or "symbolic and linguistic constructs" that can be manipulated to achieve certain ends but that have no absolute or objective truth value in themselves[8] – a position referred to by religious scholar Hugh Urban as a "rejection of all fixed models of reality",[4] and often summarised with the phrase "nothing is true everything is permitted".[13][12]"

I had that intuition once on a trip... like you could access some weird area of consciousness that would disintegrate everything.

Dont know though... makes me think thats just us turning our heads and looking at the darkness instead of just staring the sun (Truth) in the face.

Reminds me of this movie hehe

@Nexeternity Understanding the absolute is great, but your life purpose could be spirituality too. You could do magical things instead of trying to advance this materialist progress driven society. You can have a shift in consciousness. There's more to life than what meets the eye.

The magic is within and you don't need any "special powers" to practice or to get results. Anyone can do it, just learn how to meditate and improve your focus/concentration skills. And believe in you.

Often times you will notice results not necessarily exactly how you even imagined, but they will instead arrive in various strange & erratic packages which will hit you with pleasurable surprise.

Also, you can practice magic and refuse to be into Aleister Crowley. He is not the end all be all of magic or occult practice. This is such a vast landscape and spectrum of study and there are many things to look into. When it comes to witchcraft and magic, it is actually very practical in spirituality if you're doing it wisely and with clear understanding of it. It is highly misunderstood simply because those people who misunderstand it are naive and oblivious of the term and have not cared to give enough time in reading about it in depth and I'm talking the totally unspoken depths of magical philosophy, there is plenty about it that gets ignored or blindly defined. For instance, the term "black magick" occurs in society on a daily basis. People curse and ignorantly send negative, dark energy towards the world and towards eachother everyday without even realizing they are using techniques of "black magick."

Magic is actually very psychological and linked with the mind. It is simply learning how to focus the mind as we do in zen practices, setting an intention, visualizing that intention, and then releasing it and letting it go. There is also a limit to magic. Some things just cannot be manifested and this must be recognized as what it is for the greatest good. Always put work into what you want to manifest as well, never expect the universe to do it all for you. The magic is the unity of you and the universe. It is setting your intention that will motivate you to best accomplish your goal and ultimately receive positive, powerful and synchronous results.

Also note that everyone has the ability to be "psychic", most people just don't allow themselves to be. The more you practice strengthening your intuition, the more "psychic" you will realize you are and the more day by day magic will start to take place. It will no longer be categorized as "supernatural" but instead it will put the "super" in "natural". You'll realize it's all around you.

@Jack Walter Leon I would consider that beginner tier content/abilities. I think having a materialist life purpose after having reached enlightenment is a bad choice, after enlightenment , beginners should watch Leo's two part series on the topic of mindfuckery and move on to infinite waters videos to transition into the immaterial world of the mind.

Stuff that isn't often talked here like the third eye, supernatural abilities, massive recontextualizations and magic which is an entire field in of itself.

@Fairy You are right. It is not discussed much on this forum I think because it's considered "woo woo". This is a common cliché misconception. What's not acknowledged is that magic is spirituality and the constant seeking of wisdom.

Yes some of it can be "woo woo" (such as in the New Age community where it's more about fashion and decorations), it's "woo woo" if you're practicing blindly and basing your knowledge off of disney fairytales and villainous witches, but if you know anything about the history of magic and the craft you will notice how synonymous it is to reaching "enlightenment", spiritual and intuitive awareness and overall consciousness. The more you learn about it the more you'll start to see the direct connections between magic and most forms of spiritual practice.

@ivankiss No problem. Hit me up in private if you want to learn how to cast curses, you might need a shift in conciousness before though.

@VioletFlame  Violet you seem very well versed in magic... can you share some books, articles, or resources you think are really good?  Or care to share some more of what you know?

Magic is nothing but a test to human being. It can do no harm to anyone without God's will. Indeed, it is only to test you really~ Don't fall for it. For it has no benefits or whatever(though it might appear so to you, don't be deceived). Neither can it harm you unless God allows it. -_-

"And they followed [instead] what the devils had recited during the reign of Solomon. It was not Solomon who disbelieved, but the devils disbelieved, teaching people magic and that which was revealed to the two angels at Babylon, Harut and Marut. But the two angels do not teach anyone unless they say, "We are a trial, so do not disbelieve [by practicing magic]." And [yet] they learn from them that by which they cause separation between a man and his wife. But they do not harm anyone through it except by permission of Allah . And the people learn what harms them and does not benefit them. But the Children of Israel certainly knew that whoever purchased the magic would not have in the Hereafter any share. And wretched is that for which they sold themselves, if they only knew".

Quran 1:102

*Btw, This is only for those who didn't know what they are into. Not for those who know exactly what they are into and still choose to~:)
