Graham Hancock Legit?

I’m looking to start doing some research for my life purpose on wisdom schools of the past and other such things back in the “ancient days” and I’ve noticed Graham Hancock’s books coming up a lot in my searches and books similar to the topics he writes about. I’m probably going to check him out anyways but would love to get someone’s take on his work outside of my own assumptions despite my own open mindedness. Would you say that a lot of the stuff he writes about is likely to have a lot of historical and also existential accuracy?

John Anthony West can be hilarious. Was,,, He passed away about a year ago. He worked together with Graham Hancock and Robert Schoch. Schoch turned the tide, so to speak, about a different approach in determining the age of the Sphinx.
