What qualities are necessary to see in the opposite sex?

In my experience, I've found that honesty in intentions is #1

Nothing is necessary  It's on you! I actually do this too, but maybe stop analyzing women? My friends for example have totally different taste for girls than I do, but I wouldn't say that they are deluded, because they don't see, that their girlfriends don't have the „necessary“ traits... 

Of course, honesty is very important, but it all kind of happens naturally, you probably don't have to think about it that much
