What Would Happen If I............

....... went high carb low fat for one month and then switched to low carb high fat the next month and just constantly rotated?  Would this fuck me up?

It takes couple weeks to fully adapt to ketosis so you'll just be pulled out and in depending on your carb intake during low carb. I don't see anything wrong with the rotation as an experiment but can't imagine it being lifelong sustainable. Seems like too much hassle but whatever works for you is the best :)
