Hi !

Recently  I read Tim Frekes "Deep awake" and start to practice.

And very fast I reached a state of Happy Without a Reason state which is pleasant, but not so dramatic as I expected.

It's like feeling when I was a child and sunshine was like pure gold, when everything was full of magic and first snow made me happy.

Could it be awakening or just first sign ?

Frankly, I am satisfied with this state and could do without anything more, but I was thinking that there will be something  much more.
