Spiral Dynamics in the Balkans

I've just been thinking about what country is in which stage of the spiral. I've done Europe but I have my dilemmas. For example, what stage in the spiral is Bosnia and Herzegovina in? Also, I'm interested for some of the other balkan countries, such as Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro etc. The balkans are considered an unstable region so where do these countries lie in? Also, I would like Leo to answer to me why did the Yugoslav wars happen and what stage that was in. Thanks!
