We are light/sound, these frequencies are extremely healing, instantly modify your dna and everything with it, these frequencies are like super foods for your light/sound body, it is the most effective natural method I've experienced of healing/activating enlightenment,after meditation. It doesn't require you to do anything, this is physical cellular healing, chakra alignement, we are sound, and healthy sound heals us, this is light/sound healing technology

You do not need to have headphones, it can even be on at a barely audible volume, at first these sounds may seem quite annoying because they are very powered in energy, as you get used to the vibration this stops, you may have headache if you listen too much, the second you start feeling a headache, put the sound off, let yourself rest and integrate the effects. Nowadays I can tell very easily when I've listened to much so I turn it off before even a headache begins, and turn it back on after half an hour or an hour.

 grounding chakra, physical fear, fear of harm to body,fear of not having enough money, shelter, general overactive feelings of Fear, fear of losing grip on reality (very useful to use in a trip if you feel you're too far from reality, or after the trip to ground, also useful outside of trips if you feel too "dreamy"), needing more space, being in your shoes , (very useful against social anxiety)

RE - 417hz emotions

Sexuality, emotions, problems to control your emotions, healing of clusters of leftover emotional energies, like rampant anger, wrath, jealousy, disgust, past trauma emotions, 

MI - 528hz   Sun/Fire

Vitality, energy, confidence,physical prowess, body energy, athlete chakra, lion chakra, while ground chakra connects to the earth, the sun connects to your physical body, (very good chakra to heal for those with depression and completely depleted energies, I've been there), listening to the body, diet food drinks is related to this chakra (not the stomach chakra!) , so eating disorders or habits, bodily health, avoiding and resolving unnecesary physical disease (sometimes the body/soul seeks disease for a reason) 

SOL - 741hz  Communication Chakra

Singer chakra, actor chakra, self-expression, expressiveness, being able to listen to others, hear others better, being more truthful and hearing more truth, talking, 

LA - 852hz   3rd eye

Infinity, other dimensions, seeing consciousness here and beyond

SI - 963hz   Universal connection

Oneness/source, feeling connected to all things, receiving more influx of creativity,influx of information and influx of guidance from higher self and universe/source/god

 

Often we're told the way to awaken is open the third eye but the third eye is not a priority chakra,it can be very useful to heal your lower chakras first before diving deeper, if you invest into paying attention to the colours of each chakra, assigning mental images to each chakra (like an image, an object a place, feeling, whatever)  you can let your higher self guide you through signs if you are not sure which chakra to work on first
