I agree. I do believe there are healthy / tactful ways of expressing it through a life purpose. It's not possible to go around telling ppl about it.

Maybe you should go to a psychiatrist. It sucks because most psychiatrists are very Orange oriented and, depending where you live, they may hospitalize you and force medications. It's okay taking antipsychotics if you feel too much out of reality, but I heard antipsychotics strengthen the bond with the ego, so you may want to be overly careful with it.
