Sunday mini retreat !

I plan Saturday to do absolutely nothing.

Except eating twice and walking for 2 hours max.

You can meditate/yoga and/or self-inquire as much as you want though.

Do it when you can, it doesn't really matter if it's friday/sunday/saturday ☺
