Turquoise video game...how about this:

4 posts in this topic

A virtual reality game/experience where you wear a body suit and glasses; then within the virtual world, your body sensations and movements are linked to entirely unrelated things; e.g., as you breathed in and out the walls would move like breathing; wiggling your fingers may move the clouds etc etc. complete body dissociation and becoming one with the visual field....

just a thought...

i would try this if it was available....! is there something like that out there...??

No. Virtual reality has a lot of problems to solve. 3D graphics still looks synthetic on top of that.

A company did make a huge glove that can translate to simulating touch on your hands and resistance to the fingers. But its design is currently impractical.

We'd be hitting Sword Art Online levels of VR for what you are describing. Directly manipulating brain waves to hallucinate.

@Freyah I doubt most people would be able to handle that. The mind will resist. The friction between the mind and (virtual) reality will break most people.

"Not believing your own thoughts, you’re free from the primal desire: the thought that reality should be different than it is. You realise the wordless, the unthinkable. You understand that any mystery is only what you yourself have created. In fact, there’s no mystery. Everything is as clear as day. It’s simple, because there really isn’t anything. There’s only the story appearing now. And not even that.” — Byron Katie

I had this idea that you make a virtual reality space / room that is just like the room you actually are in. It will kinda trick the brain into thinking it is in  reality when its not and so you realize the real world is so similiar to the virtual world which might make you think that well if this wasn´t real whats saying that reality is real? :)

hmm did I say that right? ;-)
