No Luck For Relationship

So , where do i begin ....

I have been true a 5 year relationship and now im single for 3 years .

I gave my self like year and a half a brake and lately i have been pushing my self into the dating and checking my luck in one night stand , yep just like you thout trying to get some haha . I'm here on the battlefield trying my best in dates and in one night stands but no luck yet .

I'm living in a small town so the one night stand are a bit harder here or atleast i think like that (there are 30k people in total with old and young) and im trying my luck mostly into dates but i usually end up with girls that they don't know what they want i will give you example from my last date .

This happend one night in the bar a girl told my friend that she likes me but she did not approach me that night she just added me on facebook , so i acepted her and talked to her the other day and we went for a coffee from there we started to go on dates like for dinner walks in the park etc etc .

After couple of dates (4-5) she was starting to confuse me to the limit first she likes me then she goes on dates with me everything ok and suddenly she says that she is going out of the country for work for like 6 months and she is saying if i did not have to go i woud have been in relationship with you but now i dont know and and after saying that i thout she was testing me so i keep trying to get her to like me and be with me even when she had to go for work ( in relationship ) .

Short story about other girl we were also dating like month and after some time we stopped seeing each other and i called her one day to tell her if she does not like seeing each other then we shoud stop and she started saying its not you its me etc etc something like you are younger then me (3 years and im 25) and like its about that becouse she thinks i wont be serious in the future ...

My dating is nightmare i cant get a normal date where we can just have some fun enjoy the night and go home happy but nooo there must be tons of questions for each other and doubts i dont make the situation like in my city girls that are like 27+ they are thinking about serious relationship and they doubt it woud be with me .

I think its becouse of that but i do my best every damn time , so do you guys think i shoud keep trying to go on dating and i will get normal dating for once or shoud i just relax and try some one night stands to try my luck or somthing else i don't know anymore please help...

@Dengo If a girl has to leave overseas for work, I wouldn't fight to keep her with you. It seems she has made the decision and wants to get out of the small town for bigger opportunities (which is fair enough), you can thank her for the time you had together and maybe stay in touch or not. 

I think you should continue on to date other girls but have no expectations. You can always ask a girl on a first date what she is looking for and she will either say just fun or a relationship and if she asks what you are looking for you can say 'I'm open to anything' meaning if she wants fun then your up for it and if you want a relationship then you are open to that also if it is with the right girl. 

Maybe if its hard to date in your hometown, you could move? change your environment? move to a bigger city and make bold changes in your life for better opportunities? especially when it comes to dating maybe?

If girls aren't interested are a few dates then don't take it personally or try and get them to stay. You want to be with someone who wants to be with you and will enjoy their time with you. Just like you may get some girls that really like you but you are not interested in. Honesty is the best policy (to me anyway).
