What if I try to never judge again?

5 posts in this topic

Hello everyone. Recently this came back to my mind. It was something that had to do with looking at the world as objectively as possible.

Now, I don’t have much experience with this. What I do know is that everything is so much. Everything is. And it never is at the same. I can’t really explain this, but I get this peace feeling from it.

Because I don’t know if you are supposed to do this for the rest of your life, I haven’t really tried it. Maybe I should. Maybe I should experiment with this and try for to judge as less as possible for a day. I don’t know.

Any clarification is highly wanted.

Take care.

Just don't resist your nature, that's the opposite of growth, and more importantly the opposite of love. If judging is a natural urge, don't fight it. I wouldn't resist any urge except ones that posed serious threats to the safety of others or myself. And in those extreme scenarios I would immediately seek professional help.

The better approach is to elevate your vibration/stage to a point where you simply recognize through direct experience the appropriate stance to take on matters such as this. Then you are going with your natural tendency to change instead of forcing a change.

That would be an action born of the past-thought(action arising out of a judgment itself).

@Ampresus Awesome. Yes, you are unfathomable certainty, infinite self, forgetting and limiting yourself, just to experience. So it is of course inherent in any experience that there will appear to be uncertainty. But uncertainty is illusory. How wonderful that you find the sweet disposition you have found with regards to appearing separations. You are already intelligence, wise and discerning, and you are already love itself, and you have never truly been separate of, or from, anything.

It is thinking, which imposes duality, or separation, and you are aware of the thinking - therefore you are not the thoughts, nor inclined to believe the thoughts.

You can check to see that you are infinite awareness, as you can in your own direct experience know you are what is aware of the thoughts. To double check this, try to go the other way, try to think awareness.   Ridiculous, no? About as silly as trying to see the thoughts.

being able to judge is essential.

instead of being in conflict with your freedom to judge, i'd recommend that you examine the nature of judging and learn how to judge more precisely in order to live a better life.
