Spiral Dynamics: Can Anyone Recommend A Book For...

Helping someone transition from Orange to Green. My brother is extremely Orange and has hit a glass l-ceiling and I dont think even he knows it. I want to buy him a simple book for introducing some basic level Green ideas like Acceptance and Meditation. 

I have two ideas so far:

Peace Is Every Step by Thich Naht Hahn

When Things Fall Apart by Pema Chödron

So what do you recommend I do? Whats just right for an Orange crisis...? i think he can handle a little bit of woowoo... It’d be good for him

Take him to vegfest, yoga class, introduce him to mindfulness meditation, go to vegan restaurant have bunch of raw smoothies and hang out with hippie people. Buy a voucher for his birthday to  a green event, something he might potentially enjoy and justify from his materialistic perspective. 

Orange won't give a shit about book that is not directly improving his ability to succeed or get more money or sex.

I think Eckhart Tolle's The Power of Now speaks to orange, because it clearly explains the craziness of the mind. Eckhart doesn't talk about love or anything that might repel an orange person. He simply explains that you are crazy

It was the first spiritual book that really put me on the path.

Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance might appeal to those in Orange. Maybe???

I think Power of Now is a much richer book, though.
