What are your favourite vendors for Nootropics?

After researching the internet for serveral hours for a trustworthy nootropics-vendor i wanted to ask what you guys recommend.

I am not looking for cheap prices or some crazy nootropic mixtures. I am looking for the purest quality possible with no additives and a transparent vendor where I can comprehend the production way.

The nootropics I am looking for at the moment are L-theanine, ginko bilboa powder or extract and vitamin d3 (even if its not a nootropic)

Preferable vendors from europe because I live there.
