Can someone fill me in on Krya yoga?

Is it one of the best ways to become enlightened? 

& if it is, how do I do it?

i currently do:

-self inquiry, basically all day long 

-sds sits, but not as much as I used to

-mantra mediation (I just concentrate on my breath)

@Tony 845 There is really good Kriya Books on Leo's book list. A lot of the users here have that book and they talk about specific techniques in the "Kriya Yoga Mega Thread"

Reading this book and in it it is said to be so. Many other people on this forum might also agree.

Im currently still at the beginning stages of kriya yoga so if you would like to work together we could. Would you like to?

If you like self inquiry you can check out kriya yoga vichara it combines kriya yoga with self inquiry.
