How to use BINAURAL BEATS

I don’t understand which frecuencias should I use and for what (alpha, beta, theta, etc)? Also, if someone could explain the science behind binaural beats?

The science behind binaural beats can be found with a simple google search. When it comes to all the different frequencies and stuff, yaaaa Idrk. There's so much random stuff I don't really know if I should trust it.

It's hard to say if there's a ton of true science in replicating the different brain waves, but I err on the side of caution and always choose either alpha or Theta waves in the binaural beats videos.
