Increase personal productivity and building a personal process

In the article "Efficient work. In search of the ideal process.", I describe my process used to achieve my personal goals, planning, performing tasks and projects not related to my work.

What is your process? How do you monitor and improve it?

Good stuff.  I think the process side of Personal Development is kinda overshadowed by the psychology side.  But the process side is just as important as the psychology side.  It's just harder to teach the process side because it's less sexy than emphasizing the psychology side.
