Installing Several Habits At The Same Time?

2 posts in this topic

So in the video he says find a technique that works and do it everyday, form it into a habit.

As we all know installing habits requires effort. So what if you have several areas of your life that you need to work on?

Should you find all the techniques and try to make them into habits all at once, or pick one domain at the time for a couple of months?

The idea of going all out with as much as possible, and obsessing will screw you over every single time. Take things one at a time, as if you are building a house, you lay each brick as perfectly as you can before moving on to the other brick. Not throw a few bricks while putting some cement in the other hand, all while trying to take dimensions, Pick one domain, master it, then move on to the next. Multi-tasking vs. Focusing on one thing at a time. (Hint: Multi-tasking actually lowers your IQ and concentration levels, making you not just complete the tasks slower, but also set you up for failure in the future with an ADHD way of taking things on).
