Books on Sexuality

Hey

I want some books on Sexuality . Or videos .

I want to learn how to be more vulnerable and  to accept my sexuality better.

I'm afraid to open myself to womans. All relationship that i had where shallow, not deep relationship.

I want to learn how to let myself be vulnerable .

I honestly don't know if you want to be vulnerable tbh.

But I am on the opposite side of the spectrum. I open up too quickly, am too open and don't draw clear boundaries. Then I end up getting hurt badly.

• Be honest about your intentions
• Work on yourself to become more interesting and attractive
• Respect yourself, draw boundaries so you don't get walked over
• Have fun!

I advice you to check more "spiritual-based" books on sexuality rather than "stage orange". Stage orange books are all about being "independant", aloof and manipulating women. It works but it's not "it", the relationship you build this way is not what you really want. Spiritual-based sex books on the contrary are more about being "one" with your woman and merging with her, to be "in the flow" with her or even "provide" this flow for both you and her. Stage turquoise level of intimacy. Check David Deida's and Ken Wilber's mutual book on sexual intimacy

Thank you for your recommendations. 

So far I have listened to "Enlightened Sex" by David Deida.

I'm not sure it I didn't get the full message but what I took away from it are the breathing exercises and some small insights. 

That the feminine desires the masculine consciousness. The masculine is the boat and the feminine is the sea. That is about it. 

I'll read/listen to the other two books and maybe the complete recordings. 

I also have subsequently read "the rational male" by Rollo Tomassi and am busy on Cupid's Poisoned arrow and Robert Greene's "Art of seduction".
