Thoughts On Elliot Hulse?

6 posts in this topic

Hey, I recently started following elliot hulse and saw a very raw and in contact with his body being. His very grounded as a person and treats sport as a form of meditation. Plus showed some pretty cool ways of dealing with stress and getting it out of your system throughout your body. Wanted to know what your opinion is on him I think I'll keep following because he gives some good advices

Hulse is a very intelligent man when it comes to knowledge of the body, and body building.  One can learn a lot from him, good stuff too.  I would not go as far as to say that he treats it as a form of meditation, and i would not say it is connected in any way to self realization, i dont see any evidence for that but i think he is helping a lot of people with their body and how to train and build their body and i use a lot of his information myself in my own workouts.  Personally i think a self realized being is seeking the highest expression of themselves as a being of consciousness, and that requires some physical fitness if you are going to be part of this physical world, your appearance and physical body is a reflection of your own consciousness.

He gives great advice and he seems pretty honest. He admitted he took steroids before which is rare for youtubers to do.

I think his best technique  was the shaking your body and breathing to your balls

I did watch many of his videos lately , he seems to know a lot about life , much of the advice the gives is similar to Leo's , only he uses different words. The only thing that annoys me about him is that he uses too many metaphors.

I love watching his vids on the elliothulse channel (strengthcamp is more geared towards training and working out versus life/personal development). I think his perspectives are pretty unique and valuable, can def teach a thing or two about masculinity, life problems, being grounded, and much more. Definitely recommend watching him whether or not one is pursuing fitness. Imo, he is very manly, intelligent, and also loves reading personal development books as well (got hold of a GREAT set of books from him - the author is OSHO you should definitely check it out - seriously!!) and practicing it.

I love the video where he just lays on a massage table and screams and roars for 5 minutes xD

he doesn´t give a fuck what anyone thinks and it is clearly working for him...

inspirational how he connects with his body!!
